Zipper Pouch

Funky Necklace

This evening's work on Zipper Pouch:

Adding some embroidery.
A sunflower or two...or three?...are starting to shape up here. I have the beginnings of the stem and the flower. The center, where the sunflower seeds are, is a group of French knots.
So far it seems a bit slow-going, but in reality the planning/thinking phase takes some time. Then the stitching is some of the greatest of the fun parts.

Now for some interesting ideas on what to add to it.
My friend Richard has supplied some hardwaresque bits and pieces for some serious thought on how to apply these for quite a bit of interest.

My brain has conjured up some ideas for ways to incorporate these.

From last night's Etsy Craft Party:

This is one of the craft projects that all of us participated in making.
I'm not sure what this is called, but it was fun to put together.
